I brought my son to SmileyCuse to get his braces, and he was really nervous going in. But Ashley was absolutely AMAZING. She was so gentle, patient, and reassuring the entire time. Her beautiful green eyes behind her cool glasses instantly made my son feel at ease — you could just tell he was in good hands. Ashley is truly the best person to get braces from in Syracuse. She made what could’ve been a stressful experience feel comfortable and even positive. We’re so grateful for her care and professionalism. Highly recommend SmileyCuse, especially if you’re lucky enough to have Ashley take care of you!

My son just got his braces off and his teeth look great! We’ve had great experience from day one with most of the techs throughout the process! Cindy and Andrea were really great with taking his braces off. Dr Nate was really supportive as well. The front desk staff are always really nice, welcoming, and supportive. We highly recommend!

My son is 16 and today was his first time getting braces. We had Cindy and she was AMAZING!!! She was so patient, sweet, and took her time explaining every step to us and making sure my son was comfortable during the entire process. We will definitely be asking for Cindy for all of his appointments! =]

I have been a patient with Smiley for years and recently got my braces taken off almost a year ago, but there has been numerous times where I have needed a replacement for my retainers. But there was one particular assistant who is fairly new to the staff who has gone out her way to help me and provide excellent service every single visit. She was nothing but polite and respectful to me and dealt with me even being a difficult patient. I’ve also seen her kindness and patience with other patients as well. She is nothing but respectful and caring to all patients and means absolutely no harm! Her name is Alani and if you ask me she deserves a raise or a possibly a bonus for her excellent work!!!! She is the one in the picture standing infront of the man in the orange shirt

I had the best experience as an adult getting braces for the first time. Dr. Nate was great! Cindy, Bre and Alani along with the receptionist upfront were Awesome! Very informative and answered all 100 questions I had about the process. Affordable/flexible monthly payments to ge you on your way to a new smile! Thank You!

It was my first time going to an appointment by myself as a freshly 18 year old and Cindy made me feel so welcome and safe. I was comfortable throughout my whole appointment and she would continuously reassure me. Luana was also just as amazing! Thank you all for this amazing experience<3

This is one of the best experiences I’ve had in my life. First of all I’d like to say that any nerves you have walking in there immediately go away once you talk to any of the staff. I myself was kind of nervous at first because I’m obviously getting braces for the first time, but the second I was talked to my nerves just disappeared. After they take your picture and stuff they start to put it on; all I can say is the way they did it was so amazing. It was super quick and a great experience the entire time. The person who was doing my braces, Cindy, really just had such a positive attitude while doing my braces and it genuinely impacted the experience in such a positive way. I want to give a huge thank you to Cindy for actually giving me my braces and being the first one to make me smile with braces on.

Both of my kids had their braces done here. I had an $8,000 estimate from an orthodontist before coming here. My son did not need any major pre-work (no teeth pulled or any other work) I saw the billboard for smily cuse right after that. I was skeptical. From the minute I walked in with my son for his consultation I was sold. Starting at the front desk, the staff is so polite, always with a smile and very helpful. Made me feel at ease right away and my son as well. It Has not changed in 2 years. The Dr's and assistants are all absolutely wonderful. My first son can smile now and feel confident and his teeth look amazing. My second son is in month 1 and is doing great. 2 brackets broke, normal, came in and was complete in 20 minutes. Thank you Smileycuse! Being able to give my kids a perfect smile at an affordable price is life changing.
